Great review from Tom... "Charleston Custom Construction was a pleasure to work with on the building of our HVAC Stand. Derek made the quotation and permit phase simple and straightforward. He coordinated all activity and kept us informed during the process. The construction crew was competent and professional. The job site was left perfectly clean. I highly recommend Charleston Custom Construction for your next project."

We're honored to be featured in this month's Stroll Daniel Island! 🏡 Thank you for sharing our story, from how Bill and Derek's very different backgrounds came together to why kitchens and baths are our favorite spaces to transform. We treat this community as our neighbors, not just a service area, and we're grateful for every homeowner who trusts us with their home.

Great review from Neal... "Derek was extremely responsive, professional, and timely. I was always aware of what the timeline was for each step was. His subs were all lined up in an efficient manner. The final product looks great and built with quality. I would highly recommend CCC's services."

Great review from Jessica... "We used Charleston Custom Construction for our master bath and closet remodel earlier this year. From start to finish, Derek and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and honest. Communication was amazing- I always felt like I knew what was happening, how long it would take, and when a task would be completed. They addressed the little bumps along the way that sometimes happen when you do a remodel in an older home, in a timely and professional manner. The quality of their work has proven to be excellent - our bathroom and closet are STUNNING- and we will absolutely use them again in the future!"

Great review from Jordan... "Charleston Custom Designs did an outstanding job on our FROG (finished room over garage)! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and truly cared about the end result.
They stayed right on schedule, kept us updated with excellent communication throughout the entire process, and delivered a beautiful space that exceeded our expectations. The quality of workmanship is top-notch, and the room turned out absolutely amazing — it’s now one of our favorite spots in the house!
