These 4 duplex units were built in the early 2000’s and the original rear steps and handrails had exceeded their life span. We replaced the railings and step stringers with new pressure treated lumber and added FiberOn Composite for the decking on the steps.

SWIPE for before and after photos of this screened-in porch turned into a 3-seasons sunroom in Huntersville, NC. We framed up new walls on 3 sides, insulated and added 8 windows and an exterior door. Installed new subfloor and LVP flooring and finished out the interior with bead board paneling and trim. We replaced the steps and handrails an installed vinyl siding to complete the exterior.

This backyard got a MAJOR upgrade with this new composite deck and handrail. This deck features 200 square feet of Trex Whiskey Barrel decking and all black Trex Composite Handrail. The framing was painted to match the decking and provide protection to the lumber.

Paired with a new retaining wall, fencing, and artificial turf, this backyard will be a great space for years to come.

This house is ready for back porch sitting! This is a 16x24 composite deck with vinyl/aluminum railing. The porch cover is a single pitch roof with architectural shingles, screened in and trimmed out with aluminum and vinyl. It’s finished out with 2 remote control ceiling fans. This porch has no exposed wood which will create a long lasting, maintenance free outdoor space for many years to come.
