This house never had much for an outdoor living area…there wasn’t even a deck before. We came in and helped the customer bring their vision to life. With the help of our team providing plenty of design options and color choices, we came up with this simplistic but useful option.

This deck features Trex Island Mist as a main field color, and Trex Foggy Wharf for a border color.
It also features our favorite Black Fortress Railings with 3” post.
Other features include a custom Trex Bench to match that can move to any area of the deck, and a matching outdoor kitchen area which offers multiple options for storage and granite countertops next to where the grill will sit.
We also add in soffit lighting along the backside of the house, and outlets around the kitchen, in the storage area of the cabinets, and around permitted if the deck.

We came into this project with no walls, concrete floors, misc electrical and plumbing issues. We came up with a new layout for the customer adding in 2 bedrooms and an office, a bathroom, and a laundry room with a dog wash. Custom finishes in every corner of this project due to exhausting foundations. The entire basement had to be lowered by over a foot! Built in storage and much more. We’re excited to work on your project, no matter how big or small. If I can’t do it myself, I have access to every trade to come in and help us knock out the project.
