Doug, Ground Thunder Toilets Supervisor - Doug has been with GT for 5 years and loves spending time with his family and traveling!

Ground Thunder for 7 months and has
7 years experience in construction. During his free time he loves spending time with his son, going to the gym, traveling, and playing soccer!

2 - Darwin - Superintendent. Darwin has been with Ground Thunder for 5 years and has 15 years of construction experience. He loves spending time with his family ♥️

3 - Buddy is our Construction Manager and has been with Ground Thunder for 3 years. He has 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction and loves fishing, eating, working off excess calories, spending time with his family and WINNING!

4 - Zach - Project Manager. Zach is approaching 1 year with Ground Thunder and is the 3rd generation in a construction family who he loves spending time with!

5 - Keith is Ground Thunder’s Jack of All Trades and has been with the team for 4 years. Keith has 40 years experience in driving and operating heavy equipment and loves camping, fishing, and taking roadtrips on his motorcycle to the mountains and beach 🏝️

Happy Friday! It’s time to say hello to another group of Ground Thunder’s amazing team members - we’re wishing everyone a Happy Holiday!

1 - Michele Little, Professional Roll-Off Driver. Michele has 30 years experience and has been with Ground Thunder for 2 years. In her spare time she loves to read/spend time with her little dog Coco and of course catch up on sleep!

2 - Jessica, Administrative Coordinator. Jessica has 6 years of experience In administrative networking and software and recently joined the Ground Thunder family. She loves powerlifting and going to the beach with her kids!

3 - Jacob Moore, Concrete Foreman/Pump Operator. Jacob has 6 years of experience overall and 3 years with GT. He likes to hunt, work on his truck, and spend time with family!

4 - Tom Moore, Logistics Supervisor. Tom has 20 years of experience in the field and has been with Ground Thunder for 4 years. He loves spending time with his family, riding motorcycles and good old hunting!

5 - Adrián, Project Coordinator, has 5 years of experience in residential construction and joined the GT team 3 months ago. He enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his wife and dogs!

1 - Michele, Class A Truck Driver. Michele has 2.5 years of experience as a Truck Driver and has been with Ground Thunder for 1.5 years. She’s a member of The Top Ladies of Distinction and volunteers with our Teens, Seniors & beautifying the community. She is also the Chairman of Sickle Cell and collects blankets and other items to donate to the Sickle patients in the hospital. Michele loves spending time with family!

2 - Pete, Driver. Pete has been driving trucks since 1995, and has 28 years of experience! He has been with Ground Thunder for 10 of those years and loves golf, beer and the beautiful game over here we call soccer!

3 - Junior is a Class A Driver with 10 years of experience and 2 years with Ground Thunder. He loves to relax and enjoy life!

4 - Nathan Allmond, Service Manager. Nathan had 28 years of experience as a machinists race engine builder. He is a Ford Master Technician with an applied science degree and has worked at Ground Thunder for 6 years - his hobbies are gunsmithing, hunting, fishing, shooting, sports and the outdoors!

5 - Earl, Driver. Earl has 11 years of experience and 7 years with Ground Thunder. He enjoys spending time with his family - we love the matching PJs, Earl!

2 - Juan Moya, Construction Superintendent. Juan has 16 years of experience in the industry and loves racing dirt bikes with his sons!

3 - Jason S., Truck Driver. Jason has 16 years of experience driving, 14 years of experience as a mechanic, and has been with Ground Thunder for 3 years. He loves his family, modifying cars, self improvement and good old knitting 🧶

4 - Toño is a Foreman + Heavy Duty Operator with 18 years of experience in construction. He’s been with Ground Thunder for 6 years and loves his children and sneakers!

5 - Luke is the Ground Thunder Dispatcher, who has been with the team for 5 years. He also has 10 years of experience as a Park Ranger. He loves his wife, 2 kids, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors!

Every holiday season the Boys and Girls Club of Cabarrus County hosts a Festival of Trees and Ground Thunder sponsors a tree 🎄 Carbon Compass Beauty Bar decorated the tree to look like our CEO, Bob Weeks - swipe and let us know how they did, we think it could pass for his twin!
