When we added the staircase to the new 2nd level and opened up this entry, we also extended the opening to the dining room dem 5’ to 9’. Staining and refinishing the floors so the new entry flooring matched the existing dining wood floor really tied it all together. When you walk in the front door, it just naturally flows into the main living space, which was the goal - to make this home feel like the changes were always part of the original home. Mission accomplished!

Career day done right 👷‍♂️✨

We had the opportunity to spend the day at Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy talking with students about what construction really looks like. Spoiler: it’s so much more than just a hammer and nails.

From project management and design to problem-solving and teamwork, we shared how many different paths exist within the construction world. We even brought along some tools to give a hands-on look at the trade 🔧

But the biggest takeaway? No matter what career path these students choose - who you work for, and what they stand for matters. A company’s vision, mission, and core values communicates their character and culture.

Grateful for the chance to connect, inspire, and maybe spark a future builder or two! 🙌
