2️⃣Moving plumbing is a bigger deal than it seems. Relocating a sink or shower may mean cutting concrete and at minimum-rerouting pipes. It’s doable, but not quick or cheap.
3️⃣Matching old hardware, lighting, and even old paint is nearly impossible- like finding a needle in a haystack. We’ll help you love something new.
4️⃣Hidden issues are common. Opening up walls often reveals wiring messes, old water damage, or handyman shortcuts that have to be repaired.
5️⃣Pinterest doesn’t show the full picture like lead times and planning logistics. We’ll help bring your vision to life, but realistically.
6️⃣Permits matter- they protect your home and your investment. But they do add time and labor to a project. Most states require them for remodels.
7️⃣Your home will feel chaotic during a remodel. The process is exciting, but also dusty and noisy. We suggest taking breaks and leaving the house even if it’s a day or two at a time.
