Job Opening: Equipment Operator & General Laborer
📍 Location: Marshville ,NC
💰 Pay: Based on experience

Mangum Grading is looking to hire a motivated individual to join our team! We are seeking someone who can operate a skid steer and chainsaw, or is willing to learn. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Operate a skid steer for grading, clearing, and site work
✅ Safely use a chainsaw for tree and brush removal
✅ Assist with general labor and site preparation
✅ Maintain and care for equipment

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Hardworking and reliable
✔️ Willingness to learn and take direction
✔️ Ability to work in outdoor conditions
✔️ Valid driver’s license preferred
