Beautiful sunroom and outdoor patio transformation completed!

The original structure was poorly built and unsafe, so we removed it entirely and rebuilt it the right way from the ground up. The result is a stunning new sunroom paired with an extended covered patio.

This project features a dark bronze metal roof, clay-colored board and batten siding, large fixed glass windows, a tongue-and-groove ceiling, and flooring that seamlessly matches the existing home. Finished off with detailed trim work, this space turned out incredible.

This is a beautiful staircase we originally built a few years ago. The customer recently reached back out to upgrade the project by removing the existing wood decking and toe kicks and replacing them with composite decking and PVC toe kicks.

While many homeowners are initially surprised by the upfront investment of composite decking, the long-term value speaks for itself. Once installed, it requires minimal maintenance and eliminates the ongoing upkeep associated with traditional wood.

Before and after on this amazing transformation! This customer wanted a nicer, more permanent bar area in their shop where they spend alot of their time. We installed led can lights, installed a tongue and groove ceiling. Built a custom bar, and cabinets to match. Installed a bar style beer cooler. Then Finished it off with some black granite! Before and after of this project!
This was a very tight space, but we got it done. The homeowner was experiencing significant drainage issues throughout the yard, so we installed French drains around the entire property. We then added decorative rock with walking pavers for improved functionality and appearance.

On the opposite side of the home, We constructed a retaining wall to maximize the usable space they had available. The area is now properly drained and ready for final landscaping.
