190 years. One family.

If you have ever worked at or with Wayne Brothers, chances are you have crossed paths with one of these gentlemen. What you might not know is that they are all related.

John Ashworth walked through the door in 1988, becoming now the longest-tenured employee in company history. He did not just show up to work. He brought his family with him. His brothers Bruce and Todd joined, and his cousins Josh and Gary Akers did too. Five men across two families, all building together.

Then there is Kevin Steele. Not family by blood, but after three decades working shoulder to shoulder, they consider him an “adopted” brother.

Add it all up and this photo represents 190 years of Wayne Brothers experience. John recruited family to build this company. Build it they did.

Now you know.
