It's about to get hot outside and this is the 3rd leaking coil I've come across this week. Don't wait until you are sweating in your house to have your AC checked! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Got a call about a thermostat on a zoned system turning the unit on but not blowing in the space. This is the zone damper which connects that zone, this is how I found it....It works as designed when connected.
I was advised the prior service provider always had to fix or install a new part EVERY TIME they came to do maintenance. I can't speak to those repairs but what you see in this picture is unethical, These are the types of things that give the HVAC industry a bad reputation. Avoid the shadiness, call Myk Air

I came across this today, for an ice machine with the evaporator out of warranty this is a catastrophic failure. It took 20 minutes to diagnose, write up and take pics. Myk Air is the sixth company to work on it in 4 months and none could explain what was wrong. Save yourself some hassle... Don't call Myk Air sixth, call Myk Air first!
