Our team transformed Linville Golf Club from the inside out, turning Eseeola Lodge into an open-air dining experience and fully reimagining The Fountain with a new kitchen, expanded amenities, and outdoor seating.

All within a tight October–March window… and a mountain view that we could get used to...

For Charlotte Pipe & Foundry’s Florida expansion, we delivered a 52,000 SF PEMB addition, a 190,000 SF heavy-duty laydown yard, and targeted renovations, all while keeping active production and manufacturing fully operational. That meant extensive logistics planning, constant coordination, and a true partnership with the client to safely build around ongoing operations without missing a beat.

Behind the scenes, heavy sitework and strategic sequencing laid the groundwork for long-term performance, ensuring the facility could expand without slowing down.
