We wanted to make a quick post as many messages/calls and comments have been ask….
- 2026 rates are $125.00hr ( includes trip, fuel and diagnosis charge ) if all done within that time frame… we’ve been the same for 3 years and proud of it!
- Annual service ( Preventative Maintenance, Yearly Inspections/Cleanings). $165.00 per system…. This is a $10 mark up as supples such as coil cleaners, contactor cleaners, drain tablets etc. continue to rise.
I hear this line alot ( Well I see for $69 this company will do a yearly cleaning why are you so high) simple, you’re not and never will have them arrive, complete proper service and leave for $69! You’re going to be forced to sign a contract then I assure you they’ll find something “ wrong”! Then there comes the real invoice.
We are honest, upfront and if any issues seen we always approach customers on the basis of “ I wanna show you this” it’s their choice to fix.
We will continue to be very competitive, take care of every customer new/old and will do our best to keep you and your family comfy!
