Random pictures from 2 service calls. The first is an upstairs tub leaking and the second is a circulator pump motor/impeller replacement. The housing and piping is SO rusted the we were only able to replace the motor itself and not the housing for the time being. Or I should say the owner could only have this much replaced at this point. Im thankful that we are able to stay relatively busy through word of mouth. Thank you

Pressure testing my joints after cutting out and replacing the filter drier on a Home Buyers Warranty job. System had several issues. Several ducts in crawlspace were disconnected. We reconnected them. Compressor was recently replaced by another company and for 1 reason or another seemed to have non condensables in system. We removed entire charge and put in 7lbs of virgin 410A. We replaced Schrader cores while doing everything else.
