Antero Group is excited to be partnering with Landon Winery, known for its exceptional wines and commitment to creating memorable experiences, on an ambitious development project that will border the Red River in Denison, Texas. This project promises to be a true destination experience, featuring:

✅ Vineyards, distillery, brewery, and winery
✅ Chapel and tasting rooms
✅ Outdoor seating and a wine cave
✅ Water features and connected walking trails
✅ TV Munson visitor center & museum

We kicked this project off last week with a visioning workshop at Landon Winery's beautiful location in the heart of as well as a site visit to explore the natural features which will be integrated into the overall site plan.

A huge thank you to our esteemed project partners, JHP Architecture / Urban Design and Oculus Inc., whose expertise will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the unexpected passing of our company mascot, Happy. He was a faithful companion and a true member of the Antero family. His playful nature and boundless energy brought many smiles to our faces -- even when he made constant efforts to steal personal effects from our colleagues and would turn the Chicago office into a race track.

Rest in peace, dear Happy. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. 🌟 Rachel Elizabeth

Indiana's history is about to witness one of its largest projects ever following the announcement of a colossal $3.5 billion General Motors/Samsung SDI (삼성SDI) EV battery manufacturing facility at St. Joseph County's Indiana Enterprise Center.

Expected to be a significant catalyst for growth and job creation, this development showcases St. Joseph County's commitment to economic development and innovation and promises to redefine Indiana's industrial landscape.

We are excited to have played a part in this as the primary consultant and coordinator for all master planning aspects of the IEC, including opportunity analyses, transportation studies, market studies, utility studies, environmental and archaeological studies, and much more. All of this couldn't have been accomplished without a stellar team, including Christopher B. Burke Engineering, LLC, DLZ, Donohue & Associates, Lawson-Fisher Associates, Chuck Lehman (Lehman & Lehman Inc.) and Lochmueller Group.

It may be Saturday, but we are hard at work. Today our team is visiting the City of Weatherford's downtown business district. The plethora of shops--along with sundry city and county offices--attract quite a bit of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, leading the City to engage Antero Group with the help of ASH + LIME for a parking evaluation and waste management study in an effort to make the area an even better place to visit and do business.

The weather has been great, and the people have all been friendly and are providing great feedback in the community experience survey that is accompanying this study.

We're excited that the public meeting for the Sawyer Road Streetscape Enhancement Plan in Chikaming Township was a great success! We want to recognize Upland Design Ltd for their excellent work and express our appreciation to David Bunte at Chikaming Township for his dedication to improving the community. We're thrilled to move forward with this project and work together to enhance the beauty and functionality of the area.

Antero Group has partnered with the City of Bells, Texas to upgrade its water distribution system. Our team recently ran an infrastructure workshop and toured the groundwater well pumphouses, elevated and ground storage tanks, and priority locations of breaks and leaks with the Public Works staff.

We're excited to be working on this important project that will improve the quality of life for the community in Bells.
