This Saturday the Rogers Park Space Program are going for the highest paper airplane record yet again. Maybe our last. Who knows? If you can't make it to Hanover Il. This is the second best option to watch/follow the launch:

Hey there everyone!!! Been a while but we’re getting the band back together… The next launch is in the works, well maybe weeks away. YES we are saying stay tuned in, the launch date is coming soon. Currently plans are set for for August 7th 8th or 9th, best weather conditions determine launch date. Let’s hear from all of our followers will this be the winning launch?? The current record sits at 114,970 feet held by David Green from the United Kingdom set on June 24, 2015. Rogers Park space program 11 years later we’re gonna break that record this year. Everyone guess how high our balloons gonna make it you never know what the winner and the closest person could possibly get but if we get the record, you’ll get a prize.

It was a good newsbad news sort of day. Bad news, we didn't hit the altitude we hoped for. Good news, we retrieved all our gear and had a great time!
