Some homes sell in a weekend.
Others require grit.
5650 Janine Way was first listed with me back in 2023, just as interest rates and insurance challenges began reshaping the market. We launched with optimism, but the timing wasn’t right, and despite our efforts, the property didn’t find its buyer.
When I made the transition from team agent to independent agent and moved to Parkway Real Estate, these sellers stayed with me. We rebranded the property, adjusted our strategy, and gave it another shot. Again, the market had other plans.
The home was later listed with another brokerage, but the result remained the same.
Then came 2025, a year filled with tenants, transitions, and waiting.
By 2026, it was time for one final attempt.
What followed wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. There were challenges preparing the property, renters who weren’t thrilled about moving on, unexpected hurdles, and plenty of moments where giving up would have been the easier choice.
But great things rarely happen when you quit.
Together, we stayed the course.
Within days of relaunching, we found the buyer we’d been waiting years to meet.
Even escrow had one final test for us. Rural properties don’t always make life easy, and securing an appraiser willing to travel out to the property created a brief delay. But after years of starts, stops, and setbacks, a few extra days wasn’t going to stop this story from reaching the finish line.
And now, after four separate market attempts, countless conversations, strategy changes, and years of patience, 5650 Janine Way has officially found its next chapter.
To my sellers: thank you for trusting me through every turn, every market shift, every disappointment, and every comeback. Your loyalty means more than you’ll ever know.
This transaction is proof that sometimes success isn’t about speed. It’s about having the right people in your corner who refuse to give up until the job is done.
Congratulations on closing this chapter and securing your future. Here’s to new beginnings, and to all the memories Janine Way will forever hold. ❤️
