👋 MEET THE TEAM: POOBERT — COMPANY MASCOT 💙🐍

Next up in our Meet the Team series is someone you’ve probably seen around here a few times already… Poobert! 💩😂

Poobert has officially been part of the Magic Snake Pro family for about 3 months and proudly serves as our Company Mascot. Whether he’s making an appearance on social media, helping us have a little fun around the office, or reminding everyone that plumbing doesn’t always have to be so serious, Poobert has quickly become an important part of the MSP team.

He may not be running service calls anytime soon, but he takes his job of representing Magic Snake Pro VERY seriously. 😂💙

🚽 Fun Fact: Poobert has been with us for three months and still hasn’t clogged a single toilet… which, considering his background, is honestly impressive. 😂

👋 MEET THE TEAM: ELENA — PRODUCTION MANAGER 💙🐍

Our Meet the Team series continues! Next up is Elena, our Production Manager and one of the people who has been part of the Magic Snake Pro journey from the early days. 🔧💙

Elena has been with Magic Snake Pro for 2 years and has grown right alongside the company. As our Production Manager, she plays a major role in what happens after the sale and behind the scenes—coordinating installations, keeping projects moving, working with our technicians, managing materials and scheduling, and making sure our customers' jobs make it across the finish line. 💪📋
She’s dedicated, dependable, and one of those people who knows how to keep things moving even when there are a million things happening at once. Being one of our founding team members, Elena has watched MSP grow from the early days into what it is today—and she’s played an important part in helping make that growth possible. 🐍📈

👩‍🍳 Fun Fact: Once she clocks out of Production Manager mode, apparently the kitchen becomes HER production department. 😂 Elena is an amazing cook, and from what we hear, the food coming out of her kitchen might give her day job some competition.
At work, she’s coordinating technicians, installations, and materials. At home, she’s coordinating seasonings, recipes, and making sure nobody leaves hungry. 😂🍴
Two years of dedication, growth, problem-solving, and being part of the foundation of Magic Snake Pro. We’re excited to see what’s still ahead!

Keeping our Meet the Team series going, say hello to Jessica, our Accounting Manager! 💰📊

Jessica has been with Magic Snake Pro for about 2 years, helping keep the numbers organized, the paperwork in check, and making sure everything behind the scenes adds up. When it comes to the financial side of MSP, Jessica is one of the people making sure everything stays on track as we continue to grow. 📈

And considering the rest of us would rather do just about anything than stare at spreadsheets all day… we’re very thankful she does. 😂

🌈 Fun Fact: Jessica has dyed her hair almost EVERY color of the rainbow — except for TWO! 👀

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Alexis, one of the friendly voices behind Magic Snake Pro! 📞✨

Alexis has been part of the MSP family for almost one year, helping take care of our customers, keeping communication flowing, and making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they call. 💙

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, Alexis is often one of the first people our customers interact with, which means she plays a huge role in setting the tone for the Magic Snake Pro experience. Whether she’s answering questions, helping schedule service, or keeping things organized behind the scenes, she’s always ready to jump in and help.

🗺️ Fun Fact: Alexis is ALWAYS on some kind of side quest. 😂 If there’s somewhere new to explore, something random to try, or an adventure waiting to happen, chances are she’s already on her way. Staying home and doing absolutely nothing? Apparently not part of the main storyline. 😂

She brings that same adventurous, upbeat energy to the office—and you never really know what story she’s going to come back with next. 😂

Almost one year down, plenty of adventures completed, and many more side quests (and customer calls 📞) ahead!

👋 MEET THE TEAM: CHRISTY — MARKETING MANAGER 💙🐍

Our Meet the Team series continues, and this one goes all the way back to the beginning! Meet Christy, our Marketing Manager and officially Magic Snake Pro’s very first employee! 🎉

Christy has been with MSP for 2 years, but what makes her story special is that she was here before the trucks, before the growing team, and even before we had our first technician. She saw the vision when Magic Snake Pro was still just that — a vision. 💭🐍

While there wasn’t much of a “team” to market yet 😂, Christy believed in what MSP could become and helped build the brand from the ground up. From developing our marketing presence and growing our brand recognition to helping shape how Magic Snake Pro shows up in the community, she’s gotten to watch an idea turn into the company we are today.

✨ Fun Fact: When we say Christy is an MSP original, we mean ORIGINAL. Employee #1! She took a chance on the vision before we even had our first tech… and two years later, here we are. 💙

There’s something pretty special about being able to look around at everything that’s been built and say, “I remember when this was just getting started.”

Two years, a whole lot of growth, probably a few hundred marketing ideas, and plenty more to come. 😂📈

Keeping our Meet the Team series going, next up is Bri, our Marketing & Social Media Coordinator! 📱📸✨

Bri is in her first year with Magic Snake Pro, and if you’ve liked a post, watched one of our videos, laughed at Poobert, or wondered “Who keeps making these people take pictures?”… there’s a pretty good chance Bri had something to do with it. 😂

She helps bring the personality of Magic Snake Pro to life through **social media, content creation, branding, photography, videos, promotions, and everything in between.** Basically, if it needs to look good, sound good, or get posted… it probably found its way onto Bri’s desk. 😂

🎶 Fun Fact: Bri is a HUGE K-Pop fan and has been dancing for about 7 years! So yes, there’s a very real possibility that while everyone else is working quietly, Bri has a K-Pop song playing in her head and choreography ready to go. 💃😂

When she’s not behind the camera or planning the next post, she’s always looking for new ways to make Magic Snake Pro stand out, connect with our community, and show everyone the people behind the company. 💙

One year down and plenty more content, ideas, and probably a few unwilling coworkers being dragged in front of the camera to go. 😂📸

We’re kicking off our new **Meet the Team** series, and who better to start with than our General Manager, **Liz!**

Liz is celebrating her first year with Magic Snake Pro, and in that short time, she’s become a huge part of keeping the operation moving, the team organized, and everyone on their toes. 😂 From solving problems behind the scenes to making sure our customers and team are taken care of, Liz helps keep the Magic in Magic Snake Pro. 🔧✨

Now for the important stuff…

**Fun Fact:** Liz has a twin brother! 👯‍♂️
Unfortunately for him, when they were handing out the **brains AND the looks**, Liz apparently got a double serving. 😂 Sorry, … we don’t make the rules.

She’s a leader, a problem solver, and someone you definitely want on your side when things get busy — which around here is pretty much every day. 😂

We’re lucky to have her helping lead the MSP team, and we’re excited to see what Year 2 brings! 💪🐍💙
