We’ve been getting a lot of questions about light gauge steel framing, so I wanted to show a few examples of what these builds actually look like.

This isn’t our project, but it is the system we’re now offering through ACTS 29+ Metal Systems .

We’re rolling out a new building option at Acts 29 Metal Systems: light gauge steel framing.

Most people never see this part of the process.

Before anything gets built, we model the entire house so we can see exactly how everything fits together. Every wall, opening, and roof line is planned out ahead of time.

This particular home will be built using cold-formed steel framing, and seeing it like this helps us work through details before construction ever starts.

It’s always interesting watching something go from a digital model… to a slab… to a finished home. Looking forward to sharing the progress as this one comes to life.

Another big step forward on the build. The new flooring and cabinets are in, and it’s starting to feel like a home.
