More subfloor going down today. Could have exterior walls going up this week if the weather holds. The sweat bee population on the job site does seem to be increasing with each passing day.

Big shoutout to Austin of Diamond DirtWorx Solutions for the driveway install of the new home build we are working on!

Austin and I have known each other for over a decade now dating back all the way to our days of playing American Legion baseball together for Post 211 in Paris, IL. It’s great that we were able to come together on this project. If you are in need of any light excavation work in the West Central Indiana and East Central Illinois areas, be sure and give him a call.

Hi everyone. I know it’s been some time since you’ve heard from us but we’ve had quite a lot going on so far this year! It was a very big day for us at PCC. Today we broke ground on our very first custom home build as a company. There have been many, many hours of designing and coordination all leading up to this moment.

To say that we are grateful for this opportunity would be an understatement. I have known since I was quite young that I wanted to build custom homes. And to think that we have gotten our first opportunity to do so just 1 year into this business endeavor is really quite remarkable. So a huge thank you to our client, Kelly, for entrusting this to us!

Huge assist from Barry Contracting LLC with all the excavation, foundation and concrete work on this build! It is my goal to highlight the good work done by the local subcontractors working us on this project, as well as documenting as much of our work during the build process as possible.

All that being said, if you or anyone you know is looking to build a home, please do not hesitate to reach out! We are always willing to answer questions for potential clients about the new home build process.

A look at the finished product of our latest project! We are very happy with how this project turned out. We also believe this might be the first deck we have finished with snow on the ground.

A full replacement of all decking and railings on this home backing up to the lake in Paris, IL. Along with a replacement of all posts and railings on the front porch of the home as well. Composite decking with aluminum railing. One of the lowest maintenance and most durable deck systems.
