This is a job we did a while back. Client upgraded to an 18 SEER Heat Pump system. That client is still enjoying lower energy bills, and better heat! The client said this Heat Pump's heat felt much warmer than the last one they had. Lots of people say Heat Pumps put out a "Cold" Heat. Not these. They will blow you out of the house, and can handle really low temperatures! The system is a little higher end, but worth every penny since we only charge the difference in equipment price!

This client kept the 3 year old AC, but decided to upgrade from 1 stage to 2 stage to take advantage of the energy savings, and reduced wear on the unit in lower stage!

Another one? Cracks or holes in the heat exchanger are no joke.

Why?

Well the heat exchanger's only job is to keep good air separate from bad air. Good air is the air that gets distributed in the home. Bad air is the exhaust fumes (carbon monoxide) and such created from the fire. When there is a hole or crack, the bad air can escape and mix with the good air being delivered to your home. That's not good.

This client was given the choice to repair or replace, and this client opted to replace the furnace. Grateful they trusted us with thier safety!

This client kept thier AC, as it was functional, but we still got the furnace replaced! It had broken down, and we found that the heat exchanger was compromised. Due to the cost of repairs, the client decided on upgrading the furnace. We ensured our clients safety, and knocked it out fast at an affordable price. Our client got a $400 part for FREE?!? WHAT!?!

We had a client with a blower motor out today. Those aren't cheap by the way. But luckily we will ALWAYS check warranty status of a unit prior to doing any repairs. In this case, the system was still under warranty, and the client only had to pay labor, and we handled the entire warranty process for our client.
