The part a lot of people don't realize that has to be done when making a new cylinder head that has moved and rotated valves is making sure that a piston can be made to accommodate such changes. Valve relief clearances to ring lands and proper compression height so wrist pin isn't into oil control rings. We know that they make support rails for oil rings, but try to stay away from them if possible.

Note- piston has no skirt. This was just to find where the wrist pin will live
