Pinellas People First Hurricane Recovery Programs Launch Oct. 20!
Pinellas County is proud to open People First Hurricane Recovery programs on October 20, 2025 to help low- to moderate-income homeowners and renters rebuild, recover, and avoid long-term displacement.
These programs are made possible by the largest storm recovery grant awarded to any local government in Florida—$813,783,000 from HUD—addressing damage from Hurricanes Helene, Milton, and Idalia.

• Homeowner Rehabilitation / Reconstruction
• Homeowner Reimbursement
• Local Landlord Program
• Homebuyer Assistance
• Disaster Relief Reimbursement

Visit a Case Manager at:
• 2600 McCormick Drive, Suite 100, Clearwater
• 5000 Park Street, Suite 4, St. Petersburg

✅ Who should apply?
Anyone in Pinellas County (excluding the City of St. Petersburg) with unmet housing or financial needs not covered by FEMA, insurance, or other state/federal programs.
💡 Eligibility highlights:
• Homeowner & homeowner reimbursement programs: up to 120% of the Area Median Income
• Disaster relief reimbursement: up to 80% AMI
