OTA is seeking Role Players (especially bilingual!) to support dynamic, real-world training exercises for law enforcement and military students. As a role player, you will get to help bring scenarios to life to prepare students for the complex environments they will face in the field.

As a role player, you will:
• Adopt fictional characters and stay in-role during scenarios
• Participate in interviews, searches, and simulated activities

Requirements Include:
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Physically able to perform role-related tasks
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
