LEVEL UP KNOCKED THIS ONE OUT OF THE BALLPARK!

This project was about more than just construction — it was about bringing a vision to life.

Working as the General Contractor on a 203(k) loan remodel takes coordination, patience, precise scheduling, and most importantly… THE RIGHT TEAM.

For this project, Level Up brought everything together and managed it from start to finish:

🧱 New Drywall & Paint
💡 Updated Electrical
🚰 Cast Iron Pipe Removal & New Plumbing
🏠 60-Square Roof Replacement
🖤 430 LF of New 5” Black Gutters to complement the new roof
💧 11 New Downspouts
