Stop letting warehouses charge you for the ceiling!

Square Foot = You are paying for “Air”
The sharp rise in square-foot costs is a “landlord tax” tied to the booming industrial real estate market.

When you pay by the square foot, you pay for the floor and everything above it. If you rent 100 square feet but only stack your pallets 4 feet high in a warehouse with 30-foot ceilings, you are paying for 26 feet of vertical “air” that you aren’t using.

According to data gathered from over 600 warehouses, the average cost per cubic foot of storage landed around $0.46 in 2025.

Amazon just closed their FBA Prep Services! What now?

Starting January 1, 2026, Amazon implemented a policy shift that fundamentally changes the operational workflow for thousands of brands. As of this year, Amazon has officially discontinued all in-house prep and item labeling services for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments in the U.S.

This update applies across the board, including shipments sent through AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution), AGL (Amazon Global Logistics), and Amazon SEND.
