On behalf of Martinez Fencing, Construction & Landscaping Inc, we would like to publicly apologize for comments made on a Covid-19 thread under our business account. An employee stated their personal views under our Martinez business accidentally rather than from their personal account.
While we don’t share all the views our diverse employees may have, we fully support their right to express them. However, we do not use our business platform to promote personal beliefs or engage in conversation that would offend or ostracize anyone. Unfortunately, this mistake reflected negatively on our business and misrepresented our company standards. We don’t view this as damage control, but yet a learning opportunity as we want to be completely honest and transparent in all aspects of our business affairs.
We would like to take this opportunity to state we adhere to all CDC recommended guidelines in virus prevention and containment. Our staff are required to follow these guidelines to ensure we do everything possible to exceed safety standards, ensuring the health of our community members is a top priority.
Again, our most sincere apologies to anyone offended by the mishap today. Thank you for the support through this turbulent year, and our sincere condolences to anyone that may be grieving or that has been affected by the virus. We hope everyone has a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Sincerely,
Everyone at Martinez Fencing, Construction & Landscaping Inc.
