Exterior Transformation Complete!
This home received a major exterior refresh designed to protect the structure while preserving the warm Northwest character of the property.
Our scope of work included:
• Complete removal of the existing siding and soffit material
• Installation of new LP® prefinished siding and soffits
• New exterior trim and detail work
• Complete refinishing of the exposed cedar patio posts and beams
• Restoration of the natural wood character throughout the covered patio areas
One of our favorite parts of this project is the contrast between the rich cedar beams, the new prefinished siding, dark trim, and existing stonework. The finished product keeps the rustic character of the home while giving the entire exterior a cleaner, updated appearance.
Projects like this aren’t simply about making a house look new again—they’re about installing an exterior system that will stand up to North Idaho weather for years to come.
Quality materials. Attention to detail. Built for North Idaho.
