Get the facts on solar energy!

In examining property values in states across the U.S., recent studies show that living in proximity to a solar farm does not deter the sales of agricultural or residential land. The University of Texas recently studied almost 1,000 solar projects across the U.S. and surveyed 400 property value assessors to ask about impact on home prices. The vast majority of assessors said solar projects had no impact - and many even though solar could lead to a positive impact on home prices.
