The Old North Townhomes (Dodier street) are in the final stages. Redevelopment in this part of St. Louis that has not been seen much especially in residential construction.
Taking on these projects is that part of our commitment to building better home/buildings for today and tomorrow.
These projects are part of our “passion projects”. These are projects with tight budgets, historical valuation challenges. But with this we still design and build them with the best in construction techniques (ICF) and technology.

A project we recently completed for a client! This adition was an exciting project to undertake. The clients input included both thier creative skills in art and wooding. They will definitely enjoy the view as they part take thier next journey in retirement.

2 weeks ago we broke ground on our next adventure. Redevelopment in Old North St. Louis. Old north is a part of St. Louis that has not seen much development and new construction, particularly in the residential sector. We are very excited to have teamed up with our client Jamilah Nasheed whose heart and soul bleeds STL. 
This duplex townhouse will be built using ICF (insulated concrete form).

The standard advantages of Icf include:

- 60 to 70% reduction in utilities/energy consumption
- 75 to 85% reduction in sound attenuation.
- 50 to 70% reduction on insurance due to construction system.
-  Extremely strong construction that can withstand natural disasters, such as tornadoes. This is very important as a tornado impacted this part of St. Louis less than a 1/4 of a mile away.
- Pest and Mold resistance
- Increased market value of the the residence.
