If you’re offended it’s always on you. Don’t react with binary logic inside. Or you’re not in control. Your mind is. That’s called being in the matrix. Matrices created by thoughts making parameters in your life. If your not in a virtuos cycle, you’re in a vicious cycle.

Your only obstacle is your mind. It’s a necessity to drop the mind and your identity itself.

The source of your identity where the word ‘I’ arises from is shiva.

It’s actually very unhealthy for an adult to eat more than once a day. And is a waste of food and energy. It’s like, the body digests food and while stomach acid is being produced to finish digestion. Thinking this acid in the stomach is the feeling of hunger and eating is how you end up with diseases and poor digestion. That’s not hunger.
Fruit is the best for digestion. An all fruit diet is the fastest way to superior health and digestion.

If your having to push at all. You are eating either the wrong food or too much for the body to digest it. Or too many meals.

Literally every meat has parasites in them (no matter how much you cook them) & these parasites like to build up in your intestines. Almost all of the body’s hydration comes from the lower intestines. You can remove their food to starve them. This makes them aggressive. They actually want you to eat that junk food. But to get rid of them. You have to cultivate an environment they can’t live in. They can’t stand being covered in stomach acid. Whipping all over trying to eat your insides. Thus the body takes this as they need to be digested and pumps more gastric acid on top of them.

Fasting is literally the ultimate medicine. Human body’s are the most advanced technology in the universe. And they can heal and repair themselves as long as you give them the space to do so. And trust your body to do so.

The idea of breakfast is just to sell you food. Nothing else. parasites thrive on things like gluten, yeast and salt. they hate citrus fruits and bitter leaf plants. A bitter leaf juice or tea or Haritaki or Fruit juice are the best thing to have in the morning in place of breakfast.

Empty your bowels completely in order to feel more awake. Eating in the morning is how you empty your energy. And lower your ability to focus. As well as incubate parasites and cause diseases and diss-ease in the body.

There’s a disconnect many have with comprehension of this process. With out experience of it. The symptoms and the misunderstanding of their meanings, can make you feel like it’s crazy talk and opposite of what I’m saying.

The only way to health is by cultivating it. The only way out of the matrix to experience YOURSELF AS GOD. Is by Breaking your mind and it’s beliefs. Unknowing almost all you’ve been told. There’s no way out but out.

Also you don’t get to use your third eye if you eat meat or have violence of any kind in your diet, lifestyle or thoughts. whatever your seeing is not awakened third eye. Just Maya/illusions. Not real. You’re actually living a lie until you experience yourself as the god. Everything is a simulation up to that point for all humans.
Binary existence and duality is nothing but a lie. Becoming powerful and empowered starts with you believing in yourself.
The only devil which exists is the mind itself. Any thoughts of dualism or binary is an illusion blocking your third eye.

Stop comparing yourself or others. You’re Him no matter what. There’s no choice in the matter for human beings. You’re either aware and know you’re it, him, her. Or in binary illusion manifesting as a demon. Demons and gods are identical, except their thoughts. The only difference stems from the thought of difference itself. Emerging from dualism in the mind. in other words a disconnect from the original source.

The reality is oneness and the only way out of the matrix and having control over the reality. Is by removing every single ideas of dualism or binary thinking. Your identity is actually fake unless you know you’re the source/ god. Everything else about humans is a lie. you only lose control, if you gave it up.

I’m YOU! so fighting me is just going to confirm to yourself that your binary logic was correct.
And you Can’t experience it without changing everything. thus ignoring your own possibilities and having the same experience.

Don’t be that guy who talks negative about a movie, place or game you haven’t experienced for yourself. Or you’re actually part of the original issue and keeping the lie alive. As gods you create your reality by the energy of your focus, that which you resist or insist the most will always persist. if not it will show up in your dreams. To remind you what you want and don’t want the most. And will use both to wake you up.

Fear and worry are completely useless for all humans and stem from binary logic. You might say but time is binary. Well you should research quantum physics for a few years because at the top of the at field. They know That time is PERCEPTIVE, and not something that exists forever. It’s not linear. Quantum entanglement connects all points in space and time including dimensions where time is not happening.

Until the field of physics accepts the quantum reality of unified existence. We will not be able to create our own crafts capable of inter-dimensional, or inter medium travel. And will be bound by newtons third law of physics. And conventional flight methods.

consciousness has default state of Bliss. underneath all the emotional incompletions and reactions in the mind. the pure state of consciousness under it all, is only bliss. you are shiva. you create your experience, based on what you're focusing on. meaning you will manifest what you want the most, and what you don't want the most. in time, as it happens, we react to things in our life as bad, thus storing them as a pain memory, or a reaction to pain is stored in our physical body.. this can prevent us from even being fully present or in the moment; aware of the now. the key to removing the pain we've stored, is by reliving those individual moments a few times each. try to live them as intensely as they happened. not just that, but how you experienced it then, reliving one at a time intensely will help
when you feel emotionally complete. you no longer doubt your capabilities. this completion process will help you truly move on, and find your own deep rooted peace and happiness. to love life deeply again. and the peace will cultivate over time as bliss. a good amount of emotional completion is a necessary experience to have in order to experience the power of unclutching. unclutching is a lifestyle for completion and low Thoughts Per Second or TPS. at zero thought per second. all beings which have a consciousness experience bliss. it is the core of existence. underneath it all underneath it al. unclutching is for you to experience the oneness, samadhi, bliss/ananda. the existence is nithya-ananda / eternal-bliss
