From paper to walls.

What starts as a concept becomes something you can walk through, live in, and experience every day.

At Epic & Co., every line is backed by intention and every detail is built with precision because the process matters just as much as the final result. This is what it looks like when design and craftsmanship come together the right way.

A look inside Project Accoya 🏡

The main living space is anchored by a custom metal fireplace, creating a strong, elevated focal point. A three inch floating stair system paired with glass railings opens the space vertically, carrying natural light and visibility through every level.

The upper floor is dedicated to secondary living with guest suites, full baths, and walk-in showers, all designed with consistency and simplicity in mind.

The primary wing is intentionally set apart, featuring an expansive walk-in closet with integrated laundry and a fully custom bathroom complete with tailored cabinetry, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower.

A cohesive balance of function, flow, and elevated finishes throughout.

Project Cliffhanger

Progress on site is steady. Framing is moving, and key structural elements are being locked in.

Spacing, alignment, and flow are all being executed to plan.

Getting this phase right is what allows everything else to come together seamlessly later on.

Project Cave is in the digging phase.

We are on-site handling excavation, carefully removing soil and preparing the ground for the foundation.

The team is focused on precision grading, proper drainage, and creating a stable base for the structure. Heavy equipment and manual work are coordinated to maintain safety and accuracy across the site.

This phase lays the groundwork for everything that comes next, ensuring the project is built on a solid, reliable foundation.

One of the more interesting spaces taking shape at Project Cliffhanger.

This will eventually be a shower that leads directly into a sauna. The entire area is designed to stay completely flush with the surrounding floor so the transition between spaces feels seamless. A wall of glass will divide the two while still keeping everything visually connected.

Features like this are less about the finishes and more about the planning behind them. Before tile or sauna wood ever goes in, we’re already mapping out exactly where those materials will meet. The goal is to have the tile end and the sauna walls begin perfectly centered within the glass so the transition feels intentional instead of accidental.

Details like that are easy to overlook when everything is finished. But they’re the difference between something that simply works and something that feels thoughtfully built.

Excited to see this one come together.

Project Accoya update.

Drywall is officially up and the house is starting to take real shape. Once the walls go up, the layout becomes a lot easier to understand in person.

Rooms feel like rooms, the hallways start to make sense, and you can really see how the whole home will come together.

Still plenty ahead, but good progress happening here.

The bones of this home are nearly complete. Framing is one of the most important stages — setting the stage for everything that comes next at Project Cliffhanger.
