Alive & Well Environmental Services is growing! I’m a licensed Ohio contractor with a City of Columbus contract through 2029 and projects in 15 surrounding counties. No slow season—rain, snow, or summer, we work all year.

Need residential workers with a Lead Abatement license (or willing to get one). Classes are free at The InService Training Network (http://www.inservicetrainingnetwork.com), license cost reimbursed after first project.

Hard work! Just over a year ago I became a General Contractor and Lead Abatement Contractor. 🚧 This is my first Lead Safe Ohio project. I worked hard for this and worked elbow to elbow with my crew to make this job a success! ⚒️...lost 13-lbs too. LOL

Looking at this "before and after," I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished. It's a testament to the hard work and passion we're bringing to every Lead Safe Ohio project. This is just the beginning, and we're so grateful for the journey so far. Thank you to everyone who has supported us!

From prayer closet to construction company: How my faith got built.

It all started with a simple prayer for purpose. I was asking for a way to create something of my own. I forgot that God listens to the intent of our hearts, not just the words we say. He saw my desire to build and gave me a business in construction.

Being a Black woman in this industry is a journey of its own, but it has shown me how to truly build from the ground up. I've been humbled, challenged, and blessed with a team that has become family. My business isn't just a company; it's a vehicle for empowerment. I'm hiring, training and mentoring others and showing them that the trades can be a path to building wealth and legacy.

This was never the business I thought I would have, but it is exactly the one I needed. The work is hard, but seeing our projects take shape, knowing we are building a better future, is the ultimate answered prayer.
