A lot of dirty work and finishing touches went into this Brewery District rental that was converted from a garage. We rebuilt the unsafe stairs to the basement and found the beautiful original stone walls. Built a small landing to correct a step down that was too deep, added kitchen cabinets and appliances, and installed new doors and the built-in shelving in the living area.

Another project we recently finished. We helped this property owner finish the conversion of this gorgeous historic Newark home into two separate rental units. We closed in a wall and matched the existing trim in the entryway, closed off additional doorways that connected the units, installed a new solid core entry door for the upstairs unit, and repaired the original pocket door that was not operating correctly. Our goal was to keep the historical integrity of the property while helping to create two secure separate living spaces and think it turned out beautifully.

Check out these beautiful hardwood floors we recently installed for a repeat customer throughout the home. The diagonal layout helped tie together the entire first floor - and no more transitions! We also finished the stairs hidden under the old carpet.
