We have been plenty busy getting several projects closed out for 2025.

Here are just a few of the projects we have recently completed.

The first quarter of 2026 is filling up quick, if you are needing any projects completed for the start of 2026 feel free to reach out and lets talk about what your needing done.

We strive daily to take care of all our customers in a timely manner, and at a fair price. We work hard daily to stay on track with all our larger projects, but we can usually divide an conquer to take care of the smaller 1-2 day projects as well so dont hesitate to call regaurdles of the size of your project!

Are fully licenced and insured septic installers as well, keep us in mind for any septic installation needs,as well as trenching or excavation/ utility installation needs as well!!!

We are capable, and equiped to take care of all task related to new homesite construction from the site work ( land clearing, pad construction) to the septic install and getting your water and power from the pole and the well to your service entry points. Good Morning, we have been plenty busy the last few weeks with all kinds of different projects. Heres a look at a few of the jobs we have completed lately,

1. We had a call to pour concrete into an old chicken coop to repurpose the space. The only way to get the concrete into the structure was to pour through a small window and drag, and finish torwards the door.

(We have the equipment to handle small pours in tight areas, give us a call if you are needing concrete work done in hard to get to areas, or just small jobs in general.)

2. This is the storage room build out at the cabin demo we did several months ago ( scroll to our old posts), all the framing material and metal trim are new, but we were able to repurpose most of the old r-panel roofing sheets to use for the new storage rooms siding from the cabin we took down.

3. Installation of 700’ of yard perimeter fence with “6” custom 2”x2” square tubing gates. Also 70’ of pipe rail, and welded panel installed on top of existing concrete.

4. Framing in, and installation of shiplap siding for antique shop Decor wall.

We are Currently finishing up on a Large room addition for local a customer this week, its turning out very nice! Stay tuned for pictures of progress/completion.

Something a little different that we recently completed. Our customer purchased a beautiful pre-hung Alder wood entry door to replace their existing entry door.

We re-framed and installed the new door and trimmed it out with live edge Red cedar that the customers father had milled several years ago.

The door and cedar trim really pop with the other mill wood features that the owner utilized throughout the rest of the homes exterior.

(Note) Being that we shrunk the door opening 10”, the stucco has been filled back in around the edge of the cedar trim which is not seen in the picture.

Need small concrete jobs completed? We do that too!

We Recently finished this 6” elevated beam addition for our customer that will be enclosing this back porch.

“KJ Welding” will be installing the metal work, and we will follow back up with the interior framing and finish out.

Wood ants, and water have been doing a number on this customers wooden lap siding. We were able to remove all the rot and replace the damaged materials for them.

After installing new Hardie board lap siding, caulking, and adding several coats of new paint this wall is as good as new!!!

This weeks work…

Customer needed old burned out cabin taken down that was no longer usable to make room for new future structure.

We were able to cut the porch loose from the old structure and
re-support it prior to Demo in order for them to have a temporary covered area until new structure is ready to be built. We also re-routed the new utilities (water,sewer,electric) from the burned cabin to once again be utilized at the site.
