We had the pleasure of partnering with a local business on a couple of projects as they prepared for the opening of their new building.

1000’ of black chainlink installed around the retention pond, bringing the property to code compliance and ready for opening day.

We also completed a 3-rail boundary to keep vehicle traffic on the asphalt when entering and exiting the site.

To finish the project, we installed entry fencing to enhance the property's appearance and add to the curb appeal of the new facility.

This was an awesome project we got to take on for a repeat customer.

We Removed the old deck that was never built to code. It was attached straight over siding and had no type of flashing to prevent water intrusion. This eventually caused rot. The chimney had structural damage as well, which we found upon demo.

Customer had the chimney repaired, as well as damaged siding. We also extended the deck area, making it much larger. We properly flashed in a new ledger, and opted for hog wire railings to really make the deck pop! This also preserved the beautiful view on this large property.

Just in time for Summer! We recently completed this project for a customer in Athens. Pump and filter are fully enclosed, with a large access door for maintenance. Skimmer basket has full access as well, with a removable lid for cleanout. They now have their own outdoor oasis!
