🔨 Another project wrapped! This time in the Capital area

➡️ We stripped the old wood siding from this home and installed new Certainteed vinyl siding in Cypress color

🤩 By preserving as much of the existing trim and details as possible we were able to keep the original charm of this house in tact while providing a low maintenance, modern refresh.

🔨 Our team just completed replacement of these five new exterior doors for another fantastic client!

-We removed the old wooden doors and failed slider
-Installed (4) new prefinished fiberglass doors
-Installed (1) new vinyl slider
-Replaced all rot
-Installed new flashing
-Installed new trim inside and out
-Painted all trim and door frames to match
-Installed all new hardware

🏠Our team just wrapped up this stunning upstairs remodel and buildout! From an outdated bedroom and an unfinished attic space our team completed the following work :

- Demoed the existing ceiling in the master to create a vaulted ceiling and expose the original beams
- Leveled out the subfloor
- Created a walk in closet, bathroom and separate laundry space from unfinished attic space
- Installed sheetrock to extend finished wall height in bedroom along with the closet, bathroom and laundry space
- Created passageways for access to the closet from the master and for separated laundry space
- Installed wide pine floors in closet and laundry space
- Brought all new plumbing up to the second floor
- Updated electrical feeds and added a plethora of new switches/outlets
- Installed shower, tile floor and shower tile
- Installed a skylight to provide natural light in the bathroom
