Out with the old, in with the new as we are replacing a couple of large 7.5 ton split systems and getting this place back on line for the next heat wave. These old systems have been in poor shape for quite some time, and honestly they were not installed with pride to begin with. So we are cleaning them up and making them right in the process!

One of the more interesting ones Ive had to do. But we installed an AC system on a pellet furnace today. Its the only central heating system they had and they wanted AC put on it. I punched the numbers, figured out the blower and duct system air flow capabilities, and made a plan on making up a new control circuit and agreed to do it.

✅️ Clearances met
✅️ CFM requirements met
✅️ Replaced and adapted the control system to allow for AC on a seperate control circuit.
✅️ ICE cold air blowing in the house and removing humidity.

Next Monday, May 18th, will be our first heat wave of the year. Temperatures are forecasted to be in the mid to upper 80's. This will be the first real good day of the summer where you can and will use your AC system. We are going to open our schedule up on Monday for service calls, as Im sure there will be plenty.
