As I start the new year, I am looking back... 30 years ago, I restarted a side business designing new homes and remodels for my private clients. Many nights and weekends were spent building this dream.
This January 1st is my 20th anniversary as a full-time business. I want to thank the many clients and suppliers I work with for all their support and friendship we have developed. The construction industry is a hard life filled with many challenges, I almost did not make through the great recession, but I am a part of the 2% that made this milestone, and I am proud to say I did. So before the construction season gets any wilder I trying add some of the projects we have been working on recently. Here is a new house completed 2200 sqft foundation, plus a great inside access to bonus office over the garage make this house plan very desirable for today's market.
