Another one wrapped up! 🔨

We just finished the first four units of an HOA wood rot replacement project here in Tulsa. Four down, and we’ll be back in a few weeks to knock out the next five.

We also snuck in a quick project for one of our commercial clients — an 8’ tall chain-link tool room enclosure with welded posts and a custom 5’ wide gate, built to keep their equipment secure and organized.

Reception Area Coming Along! 👷‍♂️🏗️

This 1,200 sq. ft. office build-out is moving right along! The project includes a new reception area, HR office, and manager suites.

✅ Framing complete
✅ Electrical complete
✅ Fire suppression complete
✅ Inspections passed & everything green stickered

We just wrapped up another commercial remodel, and this one was a fun project!

The customer gave us a 55-day deadline, and our crew delivered it in just 50 days.

Here’s what we completed:
• Complete cleanout and haul-off of the previous tenant’s space
• New framing throughout
• New sheetrock
• Fresh paint
• New flooring
• New cabinets
• Added brand-new men’s and women’s bathrooms and updated two new 4 ton ac units
• Installed new carpet in the reception area and offices

We’re proud to deliver quality work on time and keep our clients moving forward.

We finished the project 5 days ahead of schedule, and now it’s on to Phase 2!

Another milestone completed! ✅

The framing is officially finished on our commercial bathroom addition at our customer’s facility.

Next up, we’ll be wiring everything, installing the fire suppression system, and then moving on to sheetrock.

We’re making great progress, and it’s exciting to see this project come together. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue bringing this addition to life!

Exciting news! 🎉 We officially passed our plumbing inspection!

Now it’s on to the next phase—framing out brand-new men’s and women’s restrooms for one of our commercial clients. It’s always rewarding to see a project moving forward and coming together step by step.

Repeat customers are the best! We truly appreciate the trust our customers continue to place in us.

On this project, we removed the old siding, repaired the areas where the previous contractor failed to install Tyvek house wrap, replaced the damaged wood, installed a brand-new exterior door, and finished it all off with new SmartSide siding.
