Small Repair under a kitchen sink. The joists, Subfloor, Rimband and Sill Plate were completely rotten. As a contractor, we don't want to pull cabinets and disrupt your home to do repairs. Fortunately for this home owner we were able to get them taken care of from the crawlspace.

A small hairline crack in the drywall was the reason for the call. Upon further inspection the valley system of trusses had broken loose. After raising the trusses back into place, blocking, and fastening the trusses back together we were able to get the drywall finished and painted

The initial look of this job was just replacing a panel of siding but once we got into this one there turned out to be extensive termite damage.

There’s no better place to work than Smith Lake. We re-decked this walkway with pressure treated 2x6’s after the original 5/4 boards rotted away and became a hazard to friends and family using it. If you’re on Smith Lake and need your boat docks or walkways re-decked give us a call. 205-522-7690
