🏗️ As we kick off National Roofing Week, we’re taking a moment to showcase some of the roofs our team has had the privilege to design, repair, restore, and replace across the Southeast.

What most people see is the finished roof.

What they don’t see are the early morning site walks, the logistics meetings, the safety planning, the technical design decisions, the weather challenges, and the hundreds of details that have to come together to get it right.

Every building has a different story. A hospital that can’t shut down. A university preparing for students to return. A retailer that needs to stay open. A manufacturer protecting critical operations.

That’s what makes commercial roofing so rewarding. We don’t just install roofs. We help protect businesses, communities, and the people inside them.

🏥✨ We don’t always get to work on buildings with this much personality — but when we do, we make sure the spec matches the architecture. 🚁

This Vero Beach medical office re-roof might be on the smaller side, but the product choice was a perfect match. After a full tear-off down to the lightweight insulating concrete deck — which sits over a structural metal deck and provides both insulation and that all-important ¼” drainage slope — we adhered 115 mil fleeceback TPO directly to it.

Why 115 mil fleeceback for a MOB specifically?

🔹 No fumes. No odor. Fleeceback TPO is installed with low-VOC urethane adhesive — zero harsh smells — which matters a lot when patients are literally in the building below you. 🩺
🔹 Quiet installation. No mechanically fastening through the deck means no jackhammer-level noise echoing into exam rooms.
🔹 Puncture resistance. Those HVAC units on the roof aren’t going to maintain themselves. 115 mil fleeceback takes the foot traffic in stride.
🔹 Cool roof reflectivity. White TPO reflects Florida’s relentless sun instead of pushing that heat into a building full of HVAC systems already working overtime. ☀️❄️

The building is gorgeous. The roof now matches. 🤍

Behind every successful project, every smooth operation, and every client win is a strong administrative team making it all happen.

Most of our incredible admin team (with a few missed faces) came together for a charcuterie-making holiday gathering as a small token of appreciation for the huge role they play every single day. 🧀✨

Their organization, dedication, problem-solving, and heart are the backbone of our business—and we truly could not do what we do without them. This was a chance to slow down, connect, laugh, and celebrate a year of hard work and teamwork.
