My customer told me that his business partner doesn’t see the value in maintenance plans 🤦‍♂️ TODAY I MADE HIM A BELIEVER‼️

Today was the first maintenance we performed at their new office and we found clogged filters, loose belts, dirty flame sensors, dirty blower wheels and evaporator coils.😩

❌And even more concerning was the blown out heat exchanger on the lobby area unit. Leaking carbon monoxide straight into the supply air!!☠️

✅I guarantee the cause for the prematurely cracked heat exchanger was due to lack of air flow across the heat exchanger due to years of loose belts (lack of maintenance).

🛑Lack of maintenance can cause premature component failure…BOTTOM LINE !! You wouldn’t buy a new car and never change your oil, brakes, and other critical maintenance.

The previous company that was out here yesterday told the homeowner he had a bad board and that it was going to be $575 for the repair SMH. ❌Misdiagnosis❌ The homeowner didn’t feel comfortable with the technician that came out.

So they called me and I came out and diagnosed the contactor to have a short which blew the transformer also. We got the homeowner back up and cooling before this Texas🔥🔥🔥Heat gets here!!!

We upgraded from a 3 1/2 ton system to a 4 Ton. Anytime the system is upgraded to increase cooling capacity it has to have enough return/supply air.

We added more return vents to ensure the system had proper air flow. Air flow is the most important component of your hvac system. This is why it’s best to hire an experienced, knowledgeable company you can trust!!
