Complex work. Careful ex*****on. Incredible views.

Our TAKKION team is on site at Plymouth Wind in Iowa supporting a blade replacement.

After identifying damage near the blade root, the team reinforced the affected area to create a safer working environment below. From there, crews are carefully removing the damaged blade in sections, using cranes and a planned rotation of the rotor to safely access and remove the remaining portion.

Projects like this are a great example of the specialized expertise, detailed planning and teamwork required to maintain wind assets throughout their operating life.

And often, the jobsite delivers a pretty incredible sunrise along the way. 🌅

Employee Spotlight: Debbie Henry
Site Manager | Wichita and El Dorado, Kansas

Meet Debbie Henry, Site Manager for TAKKION’s Wichita and El Dorado, Kansas locations. In just two years with TAKKION, Debbie has grown from Site Receiver in Wichita to Site Manager, showing what is possible when hard work, support, and a willingness to learn come together.

Debbie credits TAKKION’s culture of learning and development, along with strong leadership support, for helping her grow in her career.

“The support from leadership is phenomenal,” Debbie said. “They worked with me to find out what my career goals are and follow up to make sure we’re on the right track for growth.”

Support from her Regional Director, other Site Managers, and the Elevate program helped Debbie build confidence, gain knowledge, and continue developing as a leader.

Since joining TAKKION, Debbie has strengthened her communication, delegation, and coaching skills. These tools have helped her better support her team and lead with confidence.

One of Debbie’s proudest moments was winning Warehouse of the Year at the 2025 FSL Site Manager’s meeting. For Debbie, the award reflects her team’s hard work, the guidance she received, and the growth she has experienced along the way.

“Of course I was proud of myself, but I was also extremely proud of my team and proud of my Regional Director for guiding me and helping me to grow, setting me up for success,” Debbie said.

Her advice to anyone starting at TAKKION is simple: be patient, ask questions, learn from those with experience, work safely, stay productive, and show a willingness to grow.

“The sky is the limit if you’re willing to put in the effort,” she said.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys hiking, camping, boating, and exploring new places. Time outdoors helps her recharge and reminds her that growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.

What an incredible two days in Sioux Falls! ⛳🎯

Another SoDak Renewables Golf & Shoot is officially in the books, and we’re still feeling the energy from an unforgettable event.

TAKKION was proud to once again bring together customers, partners, sponsors and friends from across the energy industry for two days centered around something we value deeply: relationships.

To everyone who traveled to Sioux Falls and joined us, thank you. Whether you toured our Remanufacturing and Operations & Training facilities, spent the evening with us at the ballpark, hit the golf course, headed to the shooting range or simply took the time to connect, we’re grateful you were part of it.

A special thank-you to our 70+ sponsors whose generosity and support helped make this year’s event possible. Your partnership extends well beyond the Golf & Shoot. Together, we’re supporting organizations and educational programs that strengthen our communities and help build the future of the energy industry.

And we have to give a BIG shout-out to the people behind the scenes. 👏

Events like this don’t just happen. They take months of planning, countless details and an incredible team willing to jump in wherever needed. From our planning team and volunteers to our crews, event staff, leadership and everyone who helped welcome guests, coordinate logistics, set up, tear down and keep things moving, thank you for representing TAKKION so well.

We’re proud to be part of an industry built on strong partnerships and grateful for opportunities like this to bring so many of those relationships together in one place.

To our customers, partners, sponsors, Sodak Renewables, NuRev Group, and the entire TAKKION team: thank you for making the 2026 Golf & Shoot one to remember.

We’re already looking forward to next year! ⛳🎯

Last week, TAKKION’s senior leaders came together in Centennial, CO for two days focused on alignment, ex*****on, and the road ahead...with no shortage of brainstorming (or sticky notes 📌) along the way.

From safety and strategy to productivity and operational performance, the conversations centered on how we continue strengthening our businesses, supporting our teams, and delivering for our customers. We also looked ahead at TAKKION’s continued growth across wind, solar, BESS, and the broader energy industry. Just as important was the conversation around how we lead. That means creating an environment where our people can work safely, grow, and succeed.

Bringing leaders from across TAKKION together gives us the opportunity to share perspectives, challenge our thinking, and build a shared focus around what matters most.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to a productive couple of days. We’re excited to carry that momentum forward through the remainder of 2026. 💪

🚨 Safety isn't just something we talk about...it's something we practice. 💪

This week, our Tyler, MN and Sioux Falls, SD Operations & Maintenance teams came together for a hands-on tower rescue training exercise, reinforcing the skills and teamwork that help keep our technicians safe every day.

During the training, the team successfully completed four drops with a rescue mannequin, providing valuable real-world practice for emergency response scenarios. 👷‍♂️⬇️

🌬️ Wind technicians work in one of the most challenging environments in the renewable energy industry, and regular rescue drills ensure our teams are prepared to respond quickly, confidently, and effectively when it matters most.

"Training is about building confidence before it's ever needed. These rescue drills strengthen our team's skills, communication, and readiness so everyone goes home safely at the end of the day."

— Steve Tolrud, HSE Specialist, TAKKION

👏 A big thank you to Steve Tolrud and Gabe Ramos for leading the exercise, and to everyone from the Tyler and Sioux Falls teams who participated. Your commitment to safety and continuous improvement is what makes TAKKION stronger.

🦺 Because at TAKKION, safety isn't just a priority...it's our culture.

Employee Spotlight: Juan Carlos Hernandez 🙌

From temp rigger/laborer to Senior Site Manager, Juan Carlos Hernandez's journey is a powerful example of what dedication, hard work, and opportunity can achieve at TAKKION.

Juan joined TAKKION in 2015 as a temporary rigger/laborer in Garden City, Kansas. Nearly 10 years later, he now serves as Senior Site Manager for Enid Fixed Site Logistics (FSL), leading with the same work ethic, determination, and willingness to learn that helped him build his career from the ground up.

Motivated by his family, his culture, and the mentors who believed in him from day one, Juan has continually embraced new challenges, expanded his skills, and supported the teams around him. Along the way, he earned his NCCCO Crane Operator Certification, developed strong leadership and business skills, and became a mentor for others beginning their own careers.

One of Juan's proudest accomplishments was earning his NCCCO certification after countless hours of studying and stepping into the crane industry for the very first time. Today, one of the most rewarding parts of his job is sharing that knowledge and helping the next generation succeed.

When asked what advice he'd give someone starting their career at TAKKION, Juan said:

"Come in with an open mind, be willing to learn and listen, ask questions when you need help, and stay self-motivated. This is a place to build a life."

For Juan, TAKKION is more than a workplace...it's family. He says it's the people who make the difference: teammates who genuinely care about one another, take pride in their work, and come together to represent TAKKION as one team.

Juan also expressed his gratitude for the leaders and mentors who helped shape his career, including Paul Masters, Curtis Williams, Diego Mancillas, Justin Orr, and Jim Orr. Their trust, encouragement, and leadership helped open doors and helped develop him into the leader he is today.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his family, horses, and the outdoors. He and his oldest son compete in Team Roping jackpots and rodeos, and they love training horses together. As a proud father of four sons, he also enjoys hunting, fishing, UTV trail riding, working cattle, boating at the lake, camping, and just about anything that gets the family outdoors.

And what's still on his bucket list? Qualifying for the Team Roping World Series Finale in Las Vegas...and bringing home a championship buckle. 🏆

Please join us in celebrating Juan Carlos Hernandez and his incredible career journey with TAKKION! 👏
