Yesterday morning, we rolled out around 3:45 AM headed to Texas Building Supply’s brand new San Marcos location for our delivery!

The trip definitely came with its fair share of obstacles, a few bumps and bruises, and some unexpected challenges, but we pushed through and got the job done! 💪🏻🙌🏻

Adam and I are definitely feeling it today, but there’s no slowing down! We’re already back at the shop, hard at work on the next round of jobs.

Couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out and the quality of work we delivered! A lot of long hours and hard work went into making this happen, and seeing the finished product makes it all worth it.

Proud of what we’re building here at Russell Iron Works. More to come! 🇺🇸🔥

We wrapped up our 60-piece order last night, with just shy of 20,000 lbs of material going through the shop!
We’re finishing out the week handling some repairs and maintenance around the shop, getting everything ready for the next round of projects, and preparing for two delivery runs to San Marcos next week.
Proud of the hard work we have put in to get this order knocked out. Staying busy and keeping the steel moving! 🇺🇸💪

30 racks and 30 carts welded together! 🙌🏻💪🏻 Now we’re down to the final step — welding on 120 casters, and this job is complete!

Next up, loading everything up and getting it delivered to San Marcos next week. 🚛

A lot of hours, hard work, and material have gone into this one, and we’re getting closer to the finish line. One more big job getting knocked out then onto the next! 🙏🏻🔥

Adam is still hard at work knocking out our Texas Building Supply order, while I’m getting started on assembling these rotisserie racks now that they’re back from powder coat!

12 out of 30 racks complete! Once these are knocked out, we’ll start on the 30 carts with casters that these racks will sit on to make moving them around their warehouse a whole lot easier.

Adam is making great progress on this job!

We got some local help in today and tomorrow to give him a hand while I’m tied up in the office working on a big bid and running all the errands to keep getting more and more material on the floor for the next one.

A lot going on, but we’re keeping things moving! 💪🏻

These may look familiar 👀

Last year, we built 80 of these and 6 carts for Texas Building Supply in Roanoke. Now we’re back at it — 30 more of each, but this time they’re being built heavier duty for their San Marcos location. 💪🏻

Adam has #1 underway and we’re excited to see these start coming together.

Pretty cool seeing jobs come back around and getting the opportunity to build on what we’ve done before. One project at a time, we keep growing. 🔥
