When it comes to optimizing fluid systems, the key to efficiency lies in understanding friction and flow dynamics. The Friction Flow Loop plays a critical role in this process by providing precise measurements of the friction factor and flow behavior across a wide range of conditions.
This was an existing flow that had us update and customize to better fit their evolving needs. There were a lot of moving parts on this one. With the fabrication for a much smaller footprint, construction of a new lab, coupled with new standardization of API 13B; they needed a cost effective solution in a limited timeline. We worked together with their leadership, lab personnel, and commercial tradesmen to make a seamless transition.
