We do the pesky small projects too!

This elderly couple couldn’t enjoy their dock because they didn’t trust the handrail to get down to it.

We fixed them up with some new handrail, and slapped on a new coat of paint.

Check out this full porch enclosure we just wrapped up!

Completed this one painting both the original and the new exterior door, matching windows, swapping can lights for can-less lights with a Bluetooth 3 way switch and installing corrugated tin on the ceiling, siding and paint to match the rest of the house on the exterior, an awesome corrugated tin wainscoting on the interior with tongue and groove stained cedar the rest of the way up, and a mini split system to heat and cool the area for comfort!

Quick post delete in Pecan Plantation we wrapped up today.

We added 2 beams to the existing beam, and wrapped it with new LP trim and soffit. Some paint and this back porch is ready for family time.

Sure does make it look like a bigger space.

Spent the weekend putting up a 20x20 and a 24x30 for one of our Granbury Daycare centers.

And THAT is how we build a covered pergola!

This client of ours was in need of a back patio space to hang out with the family, and for a hot tub.

As well as a circle driveway.

We set him up with a 20x20 slab, with an 11x18 pergola on it, and added a full privacy wall with a walk through privacy gate, as well as 2 half walls with pull down screens soon to be installed, and shingled it to match the house so that it met HOA requirements.

And to top it off put in a circle drive for the little bit of extra parking everyone could use.

Drainage issues? We’ve got you covered!

This client had dealt with a sloped driveway and water standing by his garage door for many years, and his French drain needed some help getting the water out.

We attached a 4 inch drain and set it in concrete, and the water will no longer be hanging out in a bad spot.
