What catches my attention isn’t always listed on a resume.

Of course, experience matters.

But after years of working with people—and now recruiting in commercial construction—I’ve learned that some of the qualities that make the biggest difference can’t always be measured on paper.

I’m always paying attention to things like:

Celebrating Freedom, Family & Faith at Tegrity Contractors
Yesterday was more than a Fourth of July cookout—it was a reminder of what makes Tegrity such a special place to work. We gathered together with our team and their families to celebrate our country’s independence, share a great meal, enjoy snow cones, and spend time with one another outside of the jobsite. As we always do, we began by giving thanks in prayer. It’s a simple tradition, but one that reflects who we are and what we value. A special thank you to our owner, Roger for firing up the grill and cooking burgers for everyone. Leadership isn’t just about running projects—it’s about serving people, and today was another great example of that. Days like this remind us that the strongest teams aren’t built only through great projects—they’re built through relationships, shared values, and genuine care for one another. To our Tegrity family, thank you for all you do every day. We’re thankful for the freedoms we enjoy, the people we work alongside each day, and the opportunity to build projects—and relationships—that make a lasting impact. Fire Station Project!

Progress is continuing to move forward on our Fire Station project, and it's exciting to see the vision taking shape. From structural work to key infrastructure milestones, our team and trade partners are working diligently to deliver a facility that will serve and support first responders for years to come.

We appreciate the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration of everyone involved in making this project a success. Stay tuned as we continue advancing toward completion and bringing this important community asset to life.

Juneau, Alaska Mission Trip 2026:

Returning to Juneau in 2026 was more than another mission trip—it was an opportunity to reconnect with a community that has become close to our hearts. Through serving alongside our partner church, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting local ministry efforts, we were reminded of the power of consistent service and lasting connections. We are grateful for the friendships built over the years and look forward to seeing all that God has in store for the future.
