The Dark Web is where all data leaks (emails, passwords, social security numbers, etc) end up.

The Internet is broken into 3 areas: Open Web (where everyone has access to), Deep Web (this is accessible only if you have been given special access to; such as government sites, university sites, etc.), finally The Dark Web.

The Dark Web is an area of the Web that you can only access from certain browsers & by using certain name servers, just like the black market.  A hand full of resources, that 90% of people do not know about, can give you a glimpse of what is out there about you, and actions you can take.

The Dark Web is where all data leaks (emails, passwords, social security numbers, etc) end up.
