Another design for a potential customer. A cozy area enhanced with a fire pit, while on the opposite side of the yard a full grilling and sitting area, and plenty of room in the middle to gather.

This project turned into two, back to back phases. We began in the back yard where three different contractors had built different projects. Their work had created drainage issues and one structure was so poorly built that it had to be removed. The pool builder had not integrated the decking steps properly to transition down to the cabana and the landscaping needed a face-lift and did not match the Tuscan style of the house.
