Not afraid to say it. Some companies have no business installing air conditioning. If you’re happy with our services, please promote us to your friends! If not us, Big Bear AC & The Cold Truth are quality companies as well. But seeing the work these other guys are putting in is down right ridiculous. So disappointed to see people spending thousands on air conditioning and having to call another ac contractor in short time to make repairs again.

He keeps in contact with customers during the repair and calls when it's done to eliminate the stress of the unknown. Doing something right the first time is our goal. But knowing we'll do it right or make it right is what a lot of businesses have forgotten how to do.
